Аннотация. В статье анализируются вопросы применения информационных технологий в судебной системе. Акцент сделан на проблемах подготовки и обеспечения судебной системы кадрами, которые обладают надлежащими цифровыми компетенциями, необходимыми в условиях информатизации судебной деятельности и развития информационных систем, применяемых в судах.

Information technologies in the judiciary and training of the personnel: problems of the current stage and the prospects

Abstract. The article presents the issues of implementation of information technologies in the judiciary. In is focused on the problem of training and staffing of the courts with appropriate personnel, having due digital competence in the context of informatization of judicial activities and development of information systems used in courts.
